We keep the site accurate, but it is general information. Fees shown are a summary; the management agreement you sign sets out the actual terms.

Rental listings can change or be let at short notice. Rent, availability, features and pet rules are confirmed in writing before you sign a lease.

• The appraisal is free and does not commit you to using our services.
• A rent range is our professional opinion based on comparable homes at the time. It is not a guarantee of the rent a property will achieve.
• We may decline to appraise or manage a property, for example if it is outside the areas we cover.

• Sending an enquiry does not reserve a home. A home is reserved only once an application is approved and any holding deposit is paid as set out in writing.
• Applications are assessed fairly and in line with fair housing law. We do not discriminate on any protected ground.

• Do not misuse the forms, send spam, or try to break or overload the site.
• Give accurate details when you contact us, and only your own.
• Text, photos and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy them for commercial use without permission.
