When you request a rental appraisal we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the property address, its area, type and rental status, and any notes you write.

When you enquire about a rental we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the home you asked about, when you would like to move, and any notes you write.

Please do not send bank details, ID documents or tenant personal information through the forms. We ask for anything like that later, through a secure channel.

Our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

• To answer your request, arrange an appraisal visit or a viewing, and follow up on it.
• To send you the appraisal or details of similar homes you asked about.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse.
• If you accept analytics, to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate.

The site works without optional cookies. If you click Accept in the cookie banner we load privacy-friendly analytics that counts page views without building a profile of you. If you click Decline, nothing optional loads.

Your choice is stored in your own browser. You can change it any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the site, under contracts that protect it:

• Website hosting (for example Vercel).
• Email delivery for form submissions (for example Resend).
• Spam protection on the forms (for example Cloudflare Turnstile).

If you enquire about a home, we may tell its owner that someone is interested. We do not pass on your contact details without asking you first.

Appraisal requests and rental enquiries that do not lead to an agreement or a tenancy are deleted within 12 months. Records for owners and tenants we work with are kept for as long as the law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@example.com and we will reply within 30 days.
